At RetroPrintArt, we are dedicated to preserving the spirit of the WPA era through museum-grade prints. Because every piece is printed to order specifically for you, we maintain a small-batch approach to quality. If your order isn’t exactly what you expected, we are here to help.
Damaged During Transit?
If your art arrives with any creases, tears, or damage to the frame, we will replace it at 100% no cost to you. Simply take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging, and email it to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll get a fresh print in the mail immediately.
Changed Your Mind?
We want you to love your new view. If you decide the size or style isn’t right for your space, rolled posters (unframed) can be returned for an exchange or refund.
The Process: You are responsible for return shipping.
The Fee: A $9.95 restocking fee applies to rolled poster returns to help cover the custom, print-on-order nature of our work.
Condition: Art must be returned in its original tube and in ‘like-new’ condition.
Framed Art Policy
Because our frames are custom-assembled to your specific order, all framed art sales are final. We cannot accept returns on framed pieces except in cases of shipping damage. We highly recommend double-checking your wall dimensions and consulting our Size Guide before finalizing your framed order.
